All I got from that clip was that Sam Elliott, and that was clearly Sam Elliott, was Pro-Sunset.

Doesn’t say anything unexpected, but says it amusingly.Best thing I’ve seen from Carrey in many years (a low bar to surmount).

I used to be a huge devotee to Due South, a Canadian show on CBS about a Mountie in Chicago, and the whole guns-and-Americans thing was a total running gag throughout the series. Barely an episode went by without a ref to the American obsession with guns and Canadians’ lack of same. Though they do seem to be fascinated by our fascination. ;)
