Though he doesn’t say where it comes from. It looks like a photo that Matt Smith (or his double) must have taken on the set where he’s shooting the 50th-anniversary episode with David Tennant (or his double).

Whatever its provenance, it is a very cool image.

I like Matt’s shoes, are they new since he got the outfit? But I do wish he was wearing the original tweed for the 50th. I really want to see the two different variations of geek from 10 and 11 interact. The new costume is a bit too dapper for my liking.
