Kinda not the point…
Yeah, but it’s dividing the net into classes – if you load the ads you get the slow experience, if you use a blocker you get the fast one.
It’s also dividing the Web into those who pay for what they’re consuming (as by seeing ads), and those who don’t.
Ad blockers are part of why ad revenue on the Web is so depressed.
I really am imagining a world without ads, not a way to get around them.
