Very useful, if a bit late for friend of mine who had her bag stolen from the back of her chair in a pub. I think she’s embarrassed about it.

When my wallet was stolen, it was in a pub, too. I know how that feels, and it ain’t good.

I once said to a friend, “Being a New Yorker means always knowing where your pocketbook is.” I fear moving away from the city has dulled my street-smarts.
