They’re very poorly kept, and many are still in the plastic tubs they came in. A case of eyes bigger than their stomach? Or just someone who thought they wanted lots of plants, but realized it takes actual work to take care of them, and said screw it?
From my Horticulturists eye, this makes me sad.
