it’s back-to-school time for Hogwarts kids, too… if they can find Platform 9 3/4

Just last night I posted a photo from King’s Cross rail station helpfully directing muggles and wizards alike during the ongoing construction. Today, Londonist found this at King’s Cross:

how to find Platform 9 3/4

It reads:

Platform 9 3/4 has moved.

All Hogwarts pupils can now catch their train from the East Arch on the corner of Euston Road and York Way.

The truly funny thing is that that’s an official Network Rail info poster. Not only does it look right, it’s in one of those poster holders that only official Network Rail poster installers can access.

Nice to see that officialdom can have a sense of humor.
