Won’t Back Down (trailer)

I’ve never sure how to take these movies. Even if this one is based on a true story, and we’re meant to cheer it on, it’s not a solution for a really big, really widespread problem. Are go-girl Maggie Gyllenhaal and Viola Davis — who are awesome, don’t get me wrong — supposed to inspire mothers and teachers all over America to take over their schools? Is that how we’re fixing things now: every woman for herself (and her family)? How is that gonna work, exactly?
