monsters invade thrift store paintings! (and other adventures in social networking)

• I presume Abrams’ *Star Wars* will involve a minor Sith Lord traveling back in time and destroying Tatooine before Luke Skywalker is born. Star Wars Is Being Kick-Started with Dynamite J.J. Abrams to Direct Star Wars: Episode VII

• Probability would indicate that 10 percent of superheroes/comic-book antiheroes are gay, so this isn’t really surprising… Judge Dredd may be gay, writers hint

• Holy crap, this is the best thing ever. Adding Monsters to Thrift Store Paintings

• Don’t mention the war… Was the BBC right to cut racist language from Fawlty Towers?

What on Earth is the BBC doing rebroadcasting forty-year-old television anyway? Are they so untrusting of the people currently producing material for them?
