Capital trailer: old money

What an odd trailer. That “in a world” voiceover narration makes it come across as a film from 70s-era Costa-Gavras (he won his Oscars for films released in 1969 and 1982) — and it kinda has that look, too. I wonder if the film proposes old solution for the world’s new money problems…

Indeed; it has the air of a film that’s ahead of its time, but that time is the 1980s, when it was still vaguely shocking to say that international financiers were in general not good guys.

Still, it’s a trailer. It could mean anything.
