‘Doctor Who’ thing of the day: K9 hearts R2

Last week I featured a DW Thing that crossed the rock band The Who with our favorite Time Lord, and I therein neglected to credit artist zerobriant, who collaborated on the piece. (I’ve updated that original post with the credit, and included a link to where you can learn more about how the artwork was created.) To make it up to zerobriant, here’s another one of his fantastic Doctor Who-related works.

What happens when one robot dog meets another? Oh, yes, R2D2 is the tin dog of the Star Wars universe:


What makes it work are C-3PO and the Cyberman in the background LOLing.

OK just clicked the link to get it as a t shirt and it’s been suspended but what are the chances of getting this as a wall mounted picture?
