Yup, it’s another one of those “it’s fake but let’s pretend it’s real” mockumentary thingies. Looks like it’s taking an original tack with it, however…

Blooded opens in U.K. on April 1, and will be available on demand in the U.K. on the same day; it will be released on Region 2 DVD on April 4, and is available for preorder from Amazon U.K.. No U.S. or Canadian release dates have been announced.
