Ooo, it’s the romantic comedy sociopaths have been waiting for!
Of course, in real life, sociopaths don’t get cured of their inability to care about anyone but themselves by meeting cute with Jake Gyllenhaal and/or Anne Hathaway. But perhaps it’s a nice fantasy for them to imagine it might happen.
