trailer break: ‘Green Lantern’

I dunno… there’s an awful lot of CGI in this trailer. Is the whole movie going to be one big cartoon? And I’m not getting that Avatar vibe, either, like the things the CGI is being used to create — the places, the people — will be about how different they are. It looks like we’re supposed to think everything looks cool, but we won’t get much else.

Hope I’m wrong about that…

Green Lantern opens in the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. on June 17.
