Worldcon is happening this weekend in Reno, Nevada, and we now have the 2011 Hugo Award winners, which were announced last night.
• Christopher Nolan’s Inception won Best Dramatic Presentation, Long Form.
• Doctor Who: “The Pandorica Opens”/“The Big Bang,” written by Steven Moffat and directed by Toby Haynes, won Best Dramatic Presentation, Short Form.
• The book Chicks Dig Time Lords: A Celebration of Doctor Who by the Women Who Love It, edited by Lynne M. Thomas and Tara O’Shea, won Best Related Work. [Amazon U.S.] [Amazon Canada] [Amazon U.K.]
The Hugo Awards has the complete list of winners. (I’m delighted, but not at all surprised, to see that Connie Willis’ Blackout/All Clear won Best Novel.)
