Dave Eggers’ unpleasant ideas about criticism (and other adventures in social networking)

What my followers on Facebook, Twitter, and Google+ saw today:
• Amazon continues to inspire awe and rage, fear and optimism, hope and despair. I see both the promise and the potential problems of Amazon taking over publishing… The Amazon Effect
