Butter (trailer)

Kinda can’t wait to see this. This movie has a Jesus made of butter, and unless I am greatly mistaken, a JFK assassination scene made of butter. I mean, how can that not be what’s happening here:

Butter Jennifer Garner

Mmm, butter…

Finally saw Butter on OnDemand last week.  Have wildly mixed feelings about it.  Olivia Wilde gives a great, twisted supporting performance.  Jennifer Garner is very earnest, as is Ty Burrell.  In  general, the women act as if they’re in a satire, and the men (except for Hugh Jackman) play it very straight.  I think the basic problem with the movie is the parts of it that are a satire are very good, but they clash with the parts of the movie that try hard to be very uplifting.  It needed to be darker.
