So they’re calling this the “Announcement Teaser” or the “Announcement Trailer.” Never mind that this looks like a regular ol’ ordinary trailer. This isn’t even the “official teaser,” because that’s what will debut before multiplex showings of The Hobbit. Not to be confused with the nine minutes of footage that will debut before IMAX showings of The Hobbit.

They’re just making this shit up now.

Anyway: *squeeeee* Benedict Cumberbatch! *squeeeee*

Not sure about what appears to be the Enterprise rising from underwater. See what I just said about making stuff up.
