Reminds me of the ongoing stories of the uncovering of former deathcamp guards/executioners.. now kindly old grandpas just barely tottering along.

This is a thing which needs to be said: evil men are very often not Different and Alien, they are us in the right circumstances. It can happen here, and to us.
