Huh. There hasn’t been a film about the DC sniper before now. I wonder why.
It’s funny: When I first started hearing about this film, before I even knew what it was about, and only what it was called, I thought that caprice of the title referred to “whim” or “impluse,” and the blue was about a “funk” or a feeling of “depression.” Which I guess is truly an accurate description of the characters and their actions here. But the car the snipers used was actually a blue Chevy Caprice. How often is life so appropriately poetic like that?
