Doctor Who thing: merch at New York Comic-Con

My pal Bonnie — aka bronxbee in comments here — attended New York Comic-Con this past weekend and took a ton of photos. I’ll be sharing some of the Doctor Who-related ones here over the next few days.

Today, all manner of merchandise for sale:

About this photo, Bonnie says: “The little kids had a basket full of stuff that their father kept putting back…”

This actually is the Doctor’s MO:

I was at Busch Gardens in Tampa this past January, and passed by a teenaged girl who was wearing a t-shirt that said “Bow Ties Are Cool,” with a little bow tie in the appropriate place. I wanted to give her a high-five, but that would have been weird.

i think it’s funny that the John Hurt button says “John Hurt is *not* my Doctor.”

I wonder if they sell more of those or Paul McGann. :-)

But what about Joanna Lumley, eh?
