If you’re not already reading Scarfolk Council, why not? It’s like something out of a creepy 1970s episode of Doctor Who if it were jointly written by Monty Python and George Orwell. And now, Scarfolk Council has noted the 50th anniversary of the show with a reminder of the Tom Baker story “The Moon of Madness,” which was shot in Scarfolk. (No it wasn’t. There’s no such episode. Or maybe it’s caught in the same decade-long chronic hysteresis that grips Scarfolk.)
