Mitt trailer: breaking news: Mitt Romney might not be a robot

Awww. Mitt Romney does have some human feelings. Only for himself, apparently, in the feeling-sorry-for-himself sort of way. But it’s a start. Maybe someday he’ll develop emotions directed at other people.

Fair warning: The filmmaker is a friend of one of Romney’s son’s from their university days (via Daily Kos). So don’t expect much criticism of the politician.

Mitt will debut at Sundance in January and then go straight to Netflix. It’s unclear whether the film will be available on Netflix outside the U.S.

I can readily believe that the packaged guy on the TV screen was not much like the actual person. That’s what happens to politicians these days. But is the actual person interesting?
