This is why we can’t have nice things. For fuck’s sake, fangirls and boys, behave yourselves. You shouldn’t need to be asked.

(This is outside the stage door at the Barbican theatre after a performance during which fans behaved badly.)

Phone/camera lockers. Like a cloakroom, but smaller. Or you can keep it turned off in your bag if you like. If you’re seen with a phone, you get thrown out. Simple enough, for any venue prepared to treat its patrons like grown-ups.
