I’m on BBC World Service’s “The Arts Hour” again TONIGHT, Saturday, June 15th

Also appearing with me and host Nikki Bedi is Jordanian-Filipina-American writer and critic Malu Halasa, who — among other things — discusses her new novel, Mother of All Pigs [Amazon US|Amazon UK], which sounds amazing, and also she was just super badass in the studio when we recorded earlier this week.

We’ll be talking about Booksmart and women film directors (as Booksmart has in Olivia Wilde), Julianne Moore’s stunning star turn in Gloria Bell, and a lot more.

Get all the info you need about how to listen to “The Arts Hour” — either on actual over-the-airwaves radio or online — here. Unlike BBC TV programs, the radio stuff is available globally, so you don’t need to be in the UK to tune in or listen on your own time.

Enjoy!
