My pal Bonnie — aka bronxbee in comments here — attended New York Comic-Con weekend before last and took a ton of photos. Here I’m sharing some of the Doctor Who-related ones. And I’m bringing in some photos by my brother, Ken Johanson — aka geekaremypeeps in comments — who was also present over the convention weekend.
Meet this adorable kid. Bonnie says:
The Littlest Ood (sounds like it should be a DW story, doesn’t it?)… the mother told me a friend of hers *made* the mask, from sculpted latex and the little ball actually lights up. the kid looked smashing, i just hope he could breathe in there. at least, i think it was a he. i’m sure the mother said “he”…
Insanely cute:
Serious dedication required to make this and to wear it all day:
These kids today…
