it was also a send-up of spy tv shows and movies. it smelled pretty unpleasant though. i think it was one of the first male colognes to be heavily advertised, other than the old staples like Old Spice and AquaVelva.

Hai Karate was one of those things. And not just the cologne, but the deodorant, the soap, and anything else Hai Karate.

Fuck. Now I’m gonna be all melancholy and crap all day. I miss my grandparents…
