watch it: “‘Idiot with a Tripod’ (aka, ‘Man in a Blizzard’)”


Roger Ebert believes this film, shot in Astoria, Queens, New York, during the 12/26 blizzard, deserves to win an Oscar for best live-action short. Click over to Ebert for his conversation with filmmaker Jamie Stuart, and a video of the 1929 silent, “Man with a Camera,” that Ebert says this is an homage to.
