but I’m not over Olympus Has Fallen yet (White House Down trailer)

What the heck does Roland Emmerich have against the White House? This is gonna be, what, the fourth or fifth time he’s destroyed that iconic building on film?

But now we know: Emmerich directs political action the same way he directs a natural disaster or an alien invasion. Unless… could this be another alien invasion? “If you want to take over the world, you start here”? Who wants to take over the world except aliens or mutants from the future or something?

Oh my god, I could totally forgive this film whatever silliness it has to offer if this is Benedict Cumberbatch as Khan Noonien Singh:‎

Reminds me of a lot of British thrillers of the 1950s. “Yes, we really are still an important target for bad guys to attack, not a power in decline.”

Like most blacks in entertainment, Jamie Foxx is a stone cold racist. I stopped watching his crap movies a long time ago, alone with Danny Glover’s, Sam Jackson’s, et al

Olympus Has Fallen is obviously the Red State version. This movie here is the Blue State version. The one that is supposed to be funny…

Of course, you might not realize that after the movie is over, so I’d better mention it now just in case…
