evening clickbait: do women prefer films by women?; why the only original song in Inside Llewyn Davis isn’t eligible for an Oscar; James Bond’s drinking problem

• Or maybe women filmmakers get shuffled into a girly ghetto… “Do women prefer films by female filmmakers?” [Stephen Follows]

• Why the only original song in *Inside Llewyn Davis* isn’t eligible for an Oscar. (Damn! And it’s such a great song.) “How ‘Please Mr. Kennedy’ was born and why it’s not eligible for Oscar consideration” [Hitfix]

• Maybe Bond’s next adventure should start with a single step… or 12. “Docs spy a problem with Bond’s drinking” [Philly.com]
