No, this is my new favorite trailer. The past, the future, the fundamental interconnectedness of all things? Fate, destiny, and true love? Old letters and unfinished books? If ever a story were deliberately designed to appeal particularly to me, this would be it. And then it’s from the Wachowskis and Tom Tykwer? Damn, someone is in my head.
Oh, and Tom Hanks. I’m sold.
I haven’t read the David Mitchell novel, but it has now jumped right to the top of my Kindle queue.
