Does it really make any difference how a show gets before viewers, as long as the viewers are there to support it?
Goa’uld is definitely one of mine, partly because I actually started to think in it, at least for a few basic vocabulary words, while watching Stargate SG-1…
Did the Olympics keep audiences away? Should we blame the Colorado multiplex shooting? Or were the movies themselves simply too crappy?
Is it easier to watch multiple movies at home on a single day than it is to do the same at a multiplex?
Is there an ideal time? Does it change on the day of the week? (Maybe there’s a different time you’d prefer to see a movie in an after-work scenario than on a Saturday evening.)
Or is it merely that our definition of “good manners” is changing? Is “I’m good” an acceptable substitute for “No, thank you”? Is “You bet” a perfectly polite response to “Thank you”?
